About Jamie

We are in the midst of a crisis in this country. Obesity and obesity-related health problems are wreaking havoc on our bodies, costing us a fortune, and disrupting our children’s future.

I care about you, your future, and your family. My why, and my mission is simple: to empower busy moms to ditch their mealtime mom guilt and be the providers they want to be and keep their families healthy. I equip moms with the knowledge, skills, and resources to make healthy eating easy, delicious, and fun.

Good nutrition is not about eating less or shaming your habits. That is not a healthy relationship with eating to model in your family. By learning how to cook easy and mouthwatering meals, you will learn to LOVE the food you are putting into your body.

Proper nutrition heals your body. It provides you with more energy, makes you more alert, and repairs damage to your body down to a cellular level.

It is also delicious, and easy, once you know what to do!

I am incredibly passionate about helping people use food to find and maintain a healthy ecosystem within their bodies.

I've been a nutritionist for more than 20 years. I have a Master’s Degree in Nutrition and Food Studies from New York University. My dietetic internship was at Mount Sinai Medical Center, and I am an accredited member of The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and The American Association of Diabetes Educators.

As a nutritionist, I've helped families of all types improve their health, even those suffering from severe conditions like obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and hypertension. Everyone is different and has unique nutritional needs.

In my family, we balance the various tastes and eating habits of four daughters, one with Celiac’s disease, and all within the structure of a Kosher and gluten-free diet. I know firsthand how challenging it is to balance the health and diet needs of a family!

The good news is, proper nutrition and optimal health are possible, once you know what to do, and once it is made easy for you.

Allow me to help you with that. Let’s go find the right nutritional program for you and your family!
